Breakaway meets in Truro every 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month 2:00-4:00pm/6:00-8:00pm.

This project is now in its 4th year. It provides self-help and one-to-one support 365 days per year. The Group is co-ordinated by someone who has personally experienced withdrawal from Benzodiazipines.

Members are encouraged to believe that there is a new life after addiction to these drugs.
