Further Comments:
The following is an opportunity to explain in three paragraphs
a little more about the project, or to add information that you could
not fit into the questionnaire:
Existing says:
Libraries and health professional in Cornwall have got together to offer Books on Prescription. Recommended self-help books on a range of mental health problems are available to borrow from your local library. The list includes books on anger, depression, eating disorders, mood swings, stress and many other topics.
Existing says:
Your doctor, counsellor, nurse or other health worker may prescribe a book from the list for you to read. If they do, take (or post) the prescription to your library and ask them to get it for you. If you are not alrady a library member you can join straight away - it's free.
Existing says:
You can also prescribe a book on the list for yourself - ask for information or pick up a leaflet at your library. Or you can order a book online at www.cornwall.gov.uk. Go to the Online Catalogue and type Books on Prescription in the keyword box. You can join online too.
