Brief Description of Project:
This is a self-help resource centre for adults with, or recovering from, mental health problems. It offers group activities to promote independence, raise confidence/self esteem, and much more.
Services Offered:
Safe supportive environment for adults with mental health problems.
Access to groups/activities that promote independence, confidence/self esteem.
Working within a philosophy of health promotion and recovery.
Support and advice to access social inclusion opportunities.
Links to other community organisations.

To access Richmond House referrals must come via the local community mental health team at Bolitho House. Contact Penzance 01736 575555.
