Brief Description of Project:

This service offers advice and support to patients/clients and their families and carers. It listens to concerns and helps to sort out problems quickly.


Services Offered:

PALS is for anyone - patients, carers, relatives, any member of the public.

If you meet a difficult situation, you don't have to deal with it on your own.

The PALS service can give information about healthcare services.

We can put you in touch with support groups or information services.

We can help you talk about worries or problems you have with healthcare.

We can help you speak about what needs improving, or what you think is good.
