Brief Description of Project:

The Wellbeing Centre aims to provide leisure and educational facilities to the local community related to all aspects of health and wellbeing.

Services Offered:

Two large rooms for hire at £5 per room per hour

Publicity and promotion for healthy living.

Complementary Health (healing) programmes

Healthy living information and publications

Bi-monthly newsletter promoting the Centre, its users, activities and events

Small public garden for meditation and enjoyment

Further Comments:

The Wellbeing Centre celebrated 25 years of activity in 2005. Our aim is to further develop our facilities and activities in support of healthy living locally and throughout Cornwall.
