GP Surgeries' no longer have to retain hundreds of leaflets advertising community health and well-being projects as this information is available via the WCHLC data-base. See the instructions in the right hand column to find out how you can search for the project you want.

Any GP or other health professional who wishes to recommend a patient or client to a community based health project can do so in three ways:

On request WCHLC staff will research the most suitable projects and provide contact details and information to the individual requiring it.

Searching for Health and Well-being Projects in West Cornwall

This site enables you to use various methods to search for Health and Well-being Projects in West Cornwall.
