WCHLC's
Review Procedure

When reviewing health and wellbeing organisations, West Cornwall Healthy Living Centre uses a Quality Check List covering the main quality criteria appropriate to the voluntary and community sector.

It is important to note that these criteria vary from one project to another. For example, a small reminiscence group running classes in a local community hall would not have to comply with as many criteria as a large outdoor activity centre offering camping and canoeing activities for young children. In the former case many of the criteria would be satisfied by the community hall, but in the latter case, special training and CRB checks for staff and more stringent health and safety issues would be appropriate.

Each Project Manager is asked to fill in the following form and sign it. Note the offer of help should they need it.
